Yoga for Osteoporosis
In this workshop you will learn exercises and yoga postures that serve to enhance new bone growth, in addition to strengthening muscles to support bone structure. Learn what should be avoided if you have osteoporosis, but best of all, learn what will strengthen you overall so that the diagnosis does not dampen your mood or impinge upon your life. The workshop is based upon the 40-hour training, Yoga for Osteoporosis, which Julia completed in 2018.
