Teaching Chair Yoga
Graduates of any 200-hour yoga teacher training can expand their offerings with this substantive training. Julia has been teaching chair yoga for 18 years, and her Yoga Therapy training has provided her with much expertise in working with various populations.
There are many applications for chair yoga: it is a boon for those who have difficulty getting up and down off the floor--whether due to aging or injury-- and it offers stress relief in office or hospital settings. The following training provides 4 CEU contact hours with the Yoga Alliance.
Teaching Chair Yoga October 21, 2023, 1:00-5:00 $95 This workshop will prepare you to teach chair yoga to various populations, in diverse settings.
